Re-vamping the site...any thoughts?

Okay guys...this site is in need of some serious re-modeling to try to get it more active again...I need anyones thoughts or suggestions dealing with this. Constructive Criticism only is allowed if you are going to criticize anything dealing with this.

Well, I think that something that might help is deleting the pictures on the forums, they are nice but they make it all a bit to big...

Or maybe just finding smaller ones or making them smaller Smile

Yeah... I think this site is way tooo big...
i need scroll too much...

I'm playing around with the size right now...I'm more so just learning a lot of this since I've never had to mess with the actual site itself.

You have NOO idea how much I used to visit just to see if anyone still got on, While advertising for another site.. I saw this up on RPG Directory and went.. "Did they make a new site and not tell us? How mean! Then I realized my accounts were still here and realized this was still the old site!" Thank you! -hands out cookies-
