Kenji's father stood up and bowed to him. "Welcome Higanshi. I know that you may not have a place to stay so i would like you to stay here if you would like to." He said in japanese.

"Thank you very much Mr. Moto. It is very kind of you. I will accept your invitation to stay here." He said bowing again.

Christy could not hide her frustration, "Du dumme Katze Dämon. Glauben Sie wirklich, Sie werden alle hier sicherer?" She busted out in German, something she hadn't done since right after Alec had died. "Sorry." she said trying to control herself."

Kenji looked at Christy curiously wondering why she had said that.

Higanshi heard her but didn't say anything to what she had said.

Christy looked at them and walked off, "Stupid ignorant kids." she muttered in german under her breath. She needed to get a bit of fresh air for a change.

"Excuse me." he said bowing to them again. He walked after Christy and grabbed her arm turning her around. "If i'm here i'll die to protect them." He said looking at her seriously. "I know it's not safe here but i'm not safe anywhere."

Kenji sat down and his mom put a piece of cake in front of him. He picked up the fork and put a piece in his mouth, He grinned as he swollwed knowing that he could still eat sweets.

"Someone will come here anyway if Kenji doesn't leave the Order. They'll come here and they'll kill all of them if they resist them." he said looking at her. "Which is smarter? Leave them to hands of someone who might kill them or stay here and protect them?"

He sighed softly knowing she was probably right.

Kenji walked out of the kitchen to where Higanshi was standing. "You ok?" he asked.

"No i'm not."he said as he walked away.
