"It took Kiera a moment to come to and she immediately put her hand over her stomach, her pants already covered in blood and she had a gash in her head from where she had hit it several times as she tumbled down the stairs, "Oh my god." she screamed, "I've killed the babies!"

Romeo quickly apparated to St. Mungos and Kiera was immediately taken away to the emergency room. He headed back and grabbed the babies and waited in the waiting room with all of them. His father, Marcello and Maybella showed up cause he had asked for only them to come. They sat by his side comforting him as they all waited.

The doctor walked out to them after a while and sighed, "I'm sorry she did lose one of the babies." he started off, "But she and the other three are just fine. Kiera is a little bruised up but she'll be fine as long as she stays in bed unless absolutely necessary. You may go back and see her if you like."

Romeo's parents took the babies and let him go back and see her. When he entered the room he saw her and said, "Kiera?"

Kiera groaned and opened her eyes, "Romeo?" she said looking at him, "What happened?" she asked and then her eyes came into focus, "Oh my god, I killed them didn't I?"

"I don't know Kiera." he said looking at her. He wondered what he was going to do. He didn't want to leave her at home because he knew how many times she has fallen. Then again he didn't want to bring her to the Manor because he trusted none of them there.

"Romeo.." she said looking at him with tears starting to fall from her eyes, "Don't make me do this alone." she said knowing he was the dark lord and not wanting him to leave her if she was like this.
